About Us
My name is Brittany LaShay, and I relocated to Houston in 2008 from a small town in Louisiana. Navigating such a large city without a guide felt overwhelming at times, and that experience stayed with me. What ultimately drew me to real estate and what I love most about this work is the opportunity to walk alongside people during meaningful life transitions. Real estate, for me, is more than a business. It is about connection, service, and the lives I am able to impact every day.

Because of my own relocation experience, I am especially passionate about helping those who are moving to Houston. I understand what it feels like to arrive in a new city and try to find your footing. My role goes beyond helping clients find a place to live. I serve as a guide, helping them get acclimated, understand the city, and feel more at home in the process. I believe people were created to live in relationships, and I value the opportunity to learn from and grow with the individuals and families I serve.

My work in probate real estate is deeply personal. After losing my mother and navigating the probate process myself, I experienced firsthand how complex and emotionally challenging it can be. That season revealed a clear need for steady guidance, clarity, and care during times of grief. It was through that experience that I knew probate real estate was a niche I wanted to intentionally serve, offering families thoughtful support while honoring the legacy connected to each home.
